The first hotel we stayed in was called the Albany. Thank you so much to those of you who gave us a gift on the honeymoon registry to help pay for this room. We thought we would give you a little look at it. It really is a nice hotel. It is about a mile away from the Royal Mile (not the Magnificent Mile as I called it yesterday) which means it is a bit of a hike. However, it is very quiet and quaint.
Steve says the shower/bath is for short people. The showerhead feels like sprinkles on your head but there is a much stronger one attached to the faucet. As you can see the glass only goes in front of about half of the shower. Yesterday while taking a shower, I was using the removeable showerhead attached to the faucet and overshot myself just a bit sending water all over the floor. Oops! :)
