Nolan chose to have his 6th birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese. It was amazing how crowded that place was. I was so thankful that we had a reserved birthday party since the place was at maximum capacity, and they were making people wait to get in until someone left. It was a zoo! But, the boys had a great time! They played, earning many tickets, and then enjoyed pizza and cupcakes. I heard one of the boys say, "I think we should have EVERY birthday at Chuck E. Cheese!" Thanks so much Cade, Colby, Michael, Owen, Luke, and Jivan for celebrating with Nolan!

Cori Gets Married!
My very dear friend, Cori, got married this weekend! It was one of those dream come true weddings...she and I have been waiting for a long time to be married, and as God saw fit...we both are getting married in 2011! I was honored to be part of her house party. It was a beautiful God-filled weekend, and definitely makes me look even more forward to mine in June! :)

The bow bouquet...
The rehearsal was on Friday night at Amber Springs, the very pretty, rustic venue where Cori and Robert were married. Everyone figured out what they were supposed to do and then we were off to Carrabba's to have a dinner and celebrate. Unfortunately, Cori was sick and spent most of the rehearsal dinner at a Redi-Clinic fearing she had the flu or strep throat, but fortunately, it was only a sinus infection and she was able to get some medicine.
Everyone looked beautiful on Saturday.... especially Cori. The weather was absolutely gorgeous, and it all went off without a hitch....or at least that's what most people thought. There was a slight mishap with the rings, but thanks to Emily and a minor delay in starting time, David was able to slip the rings into Robert's hand as he gave Cori away. It is a story to remember!
